Refund policy

We accept return requests made within 30 days after your order is delivered. Please contact CLMSY before sending an item back so that we can identify the order and provide the correct instructions.
Return eligibility
For a normal return, the item must be unused and returned with its original tags, packaging and included accessories. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase from CLMSY. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an incorrect or defective item or exercising rights provided by applicable law.
How to request a return
- Email info@clmsy.com or call +1 (928) 550-8490 within the return window. Give your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request.
- For an incorrect or damaged item, describe the issue and include photographs if available so that we can review the appropriate resolution.
- Wait for our return instructions, then pack the item securely with its original tags, packaging and accessories. Include the order information requested so we can match the return to your purchase.
- Keep your proof of posting and tracking information until the return has been resolved.

This is the confirmed return location. Contact us first for order-specific instructions; sending a parcel without identifying the order can make it difficult to process.
Return shipping and fees
- Normal returns: you are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage. The original shipping charge paid to deliver the order is not refunded.
- Incorrect or defective items: CLMSY is responsible for the return shipping needed to resolve the issue. Contact us first so that we can arrange the appropriate return or other resolution without requiring you to pay return postage.
- Restocking fee: $0. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Do not pay for a return of an incorrect or defective item before contacting us for instructions. If a full order is returned because we sent incorrect or defective goods, the refund includes the original delivery charge. We will explain the refund and shipping treatment for the affected goods when resolving a partial-order issue; statutory rights are not limited.
Inspection and refunds
We will check the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection. For an eligible normal return, the refund is for the returned merchandise; the original delivery charge is excluded as explained above.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after we issue it. If you have not received a refund update, contact us with your order number and the return tracking details. We will explain any reason a return cannot be accepted rather than apply an undisclosed fee.
Exchanges
If you would like another item or option, contact us to discuss availability and the possible next steps. An exchange is not guaranteed or confirmed until we have reviewed the request. We will explain whether a return and new purchase or another appropriate resolution is available.
Order changes, cancellations and delivery problems
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will check its processing stage and confirm what is possible. If it has already been dispatched, return procedures may apply. For a delay, missing parcel or delivery issue, contact us rather than sending a return, and review the Shipping Policy.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law, including those concerning faulty goods, incorrect goods or goods that materially differ from their description.
